The Technique Account Manager serves as the primary technical source for supporting sales activities within designated regions. The Technique Account Manager is responsible for handling initial inquiries from customers, dealers, and the general public, ensuring that all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. This position requires a proactive approach to customer service, as it involves managing order placements, addressing complaints, and providing technical support to clients. In addition to customer interactions, the Technique Account Manager is tasked with managing and processing price quotes, orders, promotions, and customer contracts. This requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to navigate complex pricing structures and contractual obligations. The role also involves providing technical advice and assisting customers in troubleshooting issues, which necessitates a strong understanding of the products and services offered by the company. Training is another key responsibility of the Technique Account Manager. This includes organizing and delivering presentations and demonstrations for both internal sales teams and external distributors. The ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively is essential in this aspect of the role. Furthermore, the Technique Account Manager will represent the company's technical division at tradeshows and exhibitions, showcasing the company's offerings and engaging with potential clients. The working hours are typically Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with the possibility of flexible scheduling to accommodate travel and customer needs.
