About the position

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Adobe plays a crucial role in supporting large enterprises as they invest in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. This position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their operational health, and facilitating the adoption of new solutions. The TAM serves as a primary technical resource, addressing customer inquiries, managing issues, and driving discussions with various stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize their investment in Adobe's offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Be a central point of contact while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for your assigned customer accounts
  • Maintain regular communication with both the external and internal teams, constantly handling customer expectations
  • Engage with Director and VP-Level executives to translate business needs into technical and operational plans
  • Work hands-on with Adobe Customer Success Management to address customer needs and challenges

Requirements

  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills
  • Ability to represent Adobe effectively within a customer's environment
  • Experience in driving discussions with multiple personas from developers to senior leadership
  • Proficiency in thinking strategically about people, process, and technology challenges
  • Hands-on technical expertise to manage day-to-day operational needs
