About the position

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Yardi, you will leverage your technical expertise and customer service skills to enhance the senior living experience through Yardi's EHR product suite. This role involves partnering with clients to provide consultative guidance, streamline implementation, and deliver ongoing support tailored to their needs. You will play a crucial role in transforming the senior living sector by utilizing cutting-edge technology and fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform product implementation and conversion services for assigned clients.
  • Analyze and interpret client operational needs and determine initial system configuration accordingly.
  • Perform data mapping and conversion, user training, and other services to ensure successful software deployment.
  • Advise and institute best practices relevant to clients in the application of Yardi products.
  • Consult with and provide direction to software end-users; assist end-users with the day-to-day operation of system software including charting, MDS workflow, clinical reporting, and survey preparedness.
  • Serve as a knowledge expert resource for specific user application(s) and act as the point of escalation for application-specific issues.
  • Identify ongoing application systems issues for assigned applications and communicate revisions and best practices.
  • Perform system and business process reviews to identify inefficient processes and recommend productivity gains using Yardi software.
  • Manage continued software integrations, maintenance, and updates in collaboration with clients.
  • Research, analyze, and resolve software functionality and reporting problems for clients.
  • Identify when client issues need to be escalated and determine appropriate support resources for problem resolution.
  • Evaluate company resources and software functionality in connection with prioritizing and responding to client requests; provide recommendations regarding ancillary products and services that align with client needs.
  • Collaborate internally with analysts, designers, programmers, sales, and marketing to meet client needs and maintain high-level customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Sciences, Nursing, or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of Yardi domain experience or demonstrated ability to manage and resolve Yardi client issues independently.
  • Proven project management experience and customer relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated successful collaboration with Cloud Services, development, and escalation teams.
  • Independent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Client-centered commitment and focus.
  • Competence in Microsoft operating and network system operation, relational databases, and SQL/Oracle language.
  • Familiarity with CMS and State Regulations and requirements of the MDS.
  • Understanding of the Senior Living industry and best practices.

Nice-to-haves

  • MDS Coordinator Certification or Director of Nursing or equivalent experiences.
