Roku is changing how the world watches TV, and as a Technical Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the technical relationships with our advertising business' publisher partners. This position requires a highly motivated problem solver who can effectively articulate business cases based on operational and analytical data. You will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence throughout the lifecycle of the publisher, from integration to a mature state, while collaborating closely with the Publisher Partnerships team and product teams. In this role, you will work on new integrations across all advertising supply partners, leading project planning, operational work, and testing related to these integrations. You will monitor and define metrics to evaluate the health of our integrations with publishers within the Roku ecosystem, using data and logs to drive decisions, insights, and optimizations. Your ability to frame technical matters into business opportunities or challenges will be essential, as you will need to adapt your message to the technical level of your audience. Building and growing trusting relationships with both external and internal counterparts is a key aspect of this role. You will troubleshoot issues and performance drops in publisher integrations by working cross-functionally with other teams in the company, including more senior team members. Identifying areas for product improvement and collaborating with the Product team to bring these improvements to fruition will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist with testing and evaluating the success of new features, and collaborate with the Publisher Partnerships team to drive strong programmer/publisher relationships through recurring calls and virtual communication, as well as local meetings when required.
