About the position

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) plays a crucial role in managing the post-sales process for Enterprise-level customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills to effectively articulate the company's technology and product offerings to both business and technical users. The TAM is responsible for identifying customer needs, providing support, and facilitating communication between customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide product and technical support for assigned accounts
  • Identify and develop potential new business opportunities
  • Convey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams
  • Provide functional and technical support to customers
  • Respond to customer questions on technical and business related issues
  • Deliver high-level and detailed sales presentations
  • Attend conferences, seminars, etc.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge in security and compliance space including Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, Policy Compliance, IDS, IPS, Network Scanners, PCI, and Audit Tools
  • Knowledge of Federal Regulatory Compliance issues such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, GLBA, and Sarbanes Oxley
  • Strong presentation skills and professional communication abilities
  • Ability to interact at all levels within customer organizations
  • Organized and analytical with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
