About the position

The Technical Account Senior Manager at Salesforce is responsible for partnering with assigned accounts to enhance their technical and operational health, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investment in Salesforce's Mulesoft product. This role involves proactive engagement with customers, addressing their needs, and guiding them through technical challenges while leveraging expertise in Enterprise Integration and B2B integration.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with assigned accounts to focus on their business goals and improve technical and operational health.
  • Act as a point of contact for major incidents, managing customer expectations and communications during resolution.
  • Serve as the primary technical interface for Mulesoft's Signature customers, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the completion of the Signature Success catalog of services for customers.
  • Provide timely, proactive guidance on Mulesoft features based on customer interests.
  • Advise customers on the adoption of new features from Mulesoft's annual release schedules.
  • Identify potential challenges and risks to customer implementations and recommend technical improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in a related field.
  • Experience in creating and documenting detailed designs.
  • Proficiency in implementing service solutions and Enterprise Service Bus Architecture.
  • Experience with development of service interfaces, IBM Integration, and IBM-MQ.
  • Knowledge of load testing applications, Core Java, and Spring Framework.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Mulesoft products and services.
  • Familiarity with customer success strategies in a technical environment.
