About the position

The Technical Accounts Payable Analyst will play a crucial role in reviewing, validating, and streamlining technology billing processes. This position is essential for ensuring accurate tracking and transitioning of recurring technology expenses, collaborating with key stakeholders to improve billing methods and confirming the validity of purchases.

Responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and implement a detailed plan to transition recurring technology expenses to appropriate payment mechanisms.
• Engage with various stakeholders to validate purchases, ensuring alignment with organizational needs.
• Partner with the Accounts Payable team to assign accurate coding for each transaction, supporting clarity and accountability in financial tracking.
• Effectively convey relevant information to all stakeholders, ensuring a seamless transition to updated billing processes.
• Promptly address and escalate issues as needed, ensuring continuous project progress and quality of service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in accounts payable, with proven experience in managing technical purchases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly to diverse audiences, including senior management, vendors, and contractors.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues efficiently.
