About the position
The Technical Advisor will support the Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED) in delivering clean energy demonstration projects. This role focuses on developing a comprehensive knowledge base for technology liftoff analysis, ensuring effective data management, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration among experts in energy technology analysis.
Responsibilities
- Develop an inventory of analysis resources and key references for the knowledge base.
- Create data management capabilities to warehouse assumptions and scenario choices.
- Maintain analysis resources and update them as new data becomes available.
- Lead alignment processes among energy technology analysis experts.
- Support data warehousing integration with enterprise-wide data management.
Requirements
- Minimum of US Citizenship required to obtain client-issued Public Trust.
- Experience in scenario-based analysis and version management.
- Broad sector knowledge spanning two or more critical technologies related to the clean energy transition.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level database and analysis tools.
- Expert-level written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and understanding of fundamental business writing.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
