Responsibilities
- Testing and implementing new technologies and applications
- Providing user support in a helpdesk environment
- Assisting technical architects with infrastructure requirement development
- Performing project code review
- Installing and configuring software packages
- Investigating and debugging software errors
- Developing and building code applications or modules with various programming languages
- Writing technical documents
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a field relevant to Information Technology or Information Systems
- Solid grasp of configuration management and the systems development lifecycle
- Working knowledge of script development
- SQL, Java, and C++ programming experience (preferred)
- Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work within a collaborative environment
