About the position

As a Salesforce Data Developer at BOK Financial, you will play a crucial role in transforming a strategic backlog into high-quality software that delivers real business value for a $47 billion bank. You will be part of a cross-functional scrum team focused on roadmap work on the Salesforce platform, which is utilized by over 1800 users primarily for Sales Enablement and Loan Origination processes. Your responsibilities will include driving technical design options and writing scalable, sustainable code that enhances user experience and operational efficiency. In this position, you will act as a liaison between the line of business and IT, focusing on end-user experience, user interfacing, user flow, and data flow. You will leverage your comprehensive expertise to define and perform analysis, design, programming, planning, implementation, and support for critical systems software and procedures. Your role will also involve managing projects that have organizational impact while providing day-to-day support for complex application systems. Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, plan, build, test, and deploy complex systems software and programs.
• Write clear proposals and technical documents for simple to complex projects.
• Perform business process modeling for simple to complex projects.
• Provide data acquisition and data integration support for major ongoing and future projects.
• Provide initial data cleansing and statistical analysis.
• Incorporate corporate best practices and solutions for data structuring, cleaning, visualization, etc.
• Deliver operational enhancements.
• Perform job scheduling responsibilities including writing, reading, and troubleshooting job plans.
• Develop simple to moderate batch scripts & stored procedures and provide technical requirements/specifications.
• Foster speed, innovation and encourage continuous learning and feedback.
• Employ IT governance policies, project architecture methodology and service-oriented architecture (SOA) policies, and technology standards.
• Construct SOA web services and employ architectural contracts.
• Mentor other analysts by providing oversight of projects or day to day support efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6-8 years of directly related experience in data integration and data analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL Queries and RDBMS principles.
• Experience with software integration, system integration, and technology used.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full software development cycle.
• Solid conceptual thinking and analytical skills with the ability to resolve moderate complexity problems.
• Ability to present and explain technical information to diverse audiences.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and build healthy working partnerships with clients, vendors, and peers.
• Technical understanding of single application data flows across multiple applications and tiered environments.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Power BI or comparable reporting tools.
• Knowledge of banking and payments industry processes.
