The Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR Analyst) to join our Human Resources team. The candidate must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment, using effective communication skills with tact and diplomacy in all situations. A commitment to working with a dynamic team and willingness to pitch in where needed is crucial, along with experience in high-volume recruiting to fill multiple vacancies.
