About the position

The Technical Analyst role at Netsmart involves collaborating with Engineering, Consulting, and Support teams to implement solutions for Electronic Health Record (EHR) software integrations and data mapping. The position focuses on addressing technical requests, delivering data solutions, and establishing connectivity with third-party systems to facilitate data exchange, while also providing consultative support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Implement technically focused solutions for Electronic Health Record (EHR) software solutions.
• Address incoming requests for troubleshooting and configuration of the CareFabric architecture.
• Deliver interfaces or data solutions across multiple Care Records/modules.
• Establish connectivity and data mapping of 3rd party systems or Netsmart EHRs which enable data exchange.
• Provide consultative events to clients.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems Technology, Data Analytics or similar.
• Equivalent 2 years of work experience in lieu of degree.
• Build collaborative relationships by interacting and engaging with internal associates and clients.
• Prioritize multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
• Solve problems and troubleshoot.
