About the position

The Technical Analyst at HCA Healthcare is responsible for implementing and supporting desktop equipment within the facility and division. This role serves as the primary technical resource for responding to end-user desktop incidents and requests, ensuring a superior customer support experience. The Technical Analyst will also participate in 24x7 on-call support as needed, providing hands-on assistance and training to users on technology related to the division and facility.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve inquiries and requests for assistance with division or facility computer systems.
  • Provide superior customer support experience for division and facility users.
  • Analyze and provide hands-on support for simple to moderate inquiries.
  • Log and track problems; review problem tracking databases.
  • Perform facility-based moves, adds, and changes (MACs) as needed.
  • Maintain documentation for each incident or request, escalating complex problems to the next level of support as per documented procedures.
  • Aid and train users on division and facility technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or a healthcare-related field is preferred.
  • One year of IT experience is required.
  • A+ and Microsoft Product certifications are preferred.
  • Valid state driver's license is required.
