In this dynamic role as a Technical and Customer Field Service Engineer, you will be at the forefront of innovation within the semiconductor industry. Our client is looking for a talented Semiconductor Field Service Engineer who will lead technical support and drive product development in fabrication facilities (fabs) across Austin and beyond. This hybrid position uniquely combines elements of sales engineering, field technical support, and new product development, providing an exceptional opportunity to work closely with customers, support cutting-edge products, and contribute to global growth. As the technical bridge between customers and our client, you will be responsible for building strong relationships and ensuring optimal performance of semiconductor equipment at fabs. Your role will involve troubleshooting and supporting this equipment, delivering impactful technical presentations alongside the sales team, and identifying Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) opportunities with customers. You will also oversee beta testing, customer product evaluations, and data collection for product improvement, while collaborating on the creation and delivery of technical training modules for global customers.
