As a Technical Application Engineer you will be responsible for driving the deployment of Connected Services solutions into the market by leveraging your deep understanding of our service solutions, and how they create operational efficiencies and value for our customers. You will serve as a key liaison between our sales teams, technical teams, and our customers, providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process and solution deployment. You will also work with the regional sales and CX teams to capture customer conversations and interactions related to connected services and provide feedback to the CX team for aggregation and consolidation.
