About the position

The Technical Salesforce Architect is responsible for designing and developing IT architecture solutions that align with the enterprise architecture direction and standards, particularly focusing on the implementation of Salesforce products. This role involves researching, designing, and developing product hardware and software interfaces to create a compatible system. The architect will define system requirements for complex systems, prepare studies, and analyze existing systems to ensure optimal performance and integration. In this position, the architect will determine system architecture specifications, including input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility. A significant part of the role involves developing in Apex, Lightning Components, LWC, Lightning Aura, Visualforce, AngularJS, React, AJAX, and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions. The architect will lead technical design sessions, write technical design documents, and work directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and present solutions. Demonstrating technical leadership is crucial, as the architect will set best practices for integration and application development, deployment, testing (both unit and systems), and iterative refinement. The role also includes managing technical scope and client expectations, designing and developing integrations between applications and other systems, and providing hands-on expert-level assistance to developers for technical issues.
