We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing business architecture and delivering technical roadmaps, application blueprints, data models, and system overlays for business processes. This role involves decomposing business requirements against technical standards, identifying current technical gaps, and determining the necessary application modules. The candidate will also conduct risk assessments, manage governance processes, and resolve issues related to business architecture. A deep knowledge of ServiceNow applications, including out-of-the-box configurations, business rules, and data tables, is essential, as well as an understanding of the impacts of plugin and store app installations. The ServiceNow Architect will provide technical leadership for integration, testing, and operations of their assigned platform workstream, such as ITOM or SACM.
