About the position

The Technical Architect role focuses on leveraging Salesforce technologies to design and implement effective solutions that meet business needs. The position requires extensive experience in Salesforce products, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, along with a strong understanding of development tools and processes. The architect will be responsible for documenting and designing Salesforce solutions, ensuring successful project completion through effective business analysis and communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Document and design current and future Salesforce.com enabled solutions.
• Drive all relevant business analysis to ensure effective recommendations for successful solution and project plan completion.
• Translate business requirements into detailed Salesforce.com functionality requirements.
• Create and execute complex test scenarios and scripts, providing training to end users.
• Assist project managers in developing project plans and executing project tasks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce technologies.
• Excellent knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Vlocity is a plus.
• Understanding of AppExchange products and solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and basic understanding of Apex, Visualforce Pages, and other Salesforce functionalities.
• Formal Salesforce.com certifications are strongly preferred.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
