About the position

We are seeking a Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Architect with extensive experience in Financial Service Cloud (FSC). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and functional background in Salesforce, particularly in Sales and Service Cloud, and will be responsible for architecting solutions that meet the needs of our clients in the banking and financial services sector. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, implementation, and integration, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions.
• Design and develop software components with a strong focus on Service Oriented Architecture and integration.
• Lead Salesforce org merges, integration, and data quality/migration design.
• Define the system landscape and identify gaps between current and desired end-states to deliver effective CRM solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce applications, including APEX APIs and APEX Triggers.
• Deploy Salesforce solutions from scratch, including VisualForce, Flex, and AppExchange deployments.
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in Salesforce, with a focus on Sales and Service Cloud.
• Mandatory certifications in Sales, Service, and Salesforce architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Service Cloud (FSC), with certification preferred.
• Proven implementation expertise in Sales and Service Cloud.
• Experience in banking and financial services is preferred.
• Experience in Salesforce org merge, integration, and data quality/migration design.
• Proficiency in programming using Salesforce SFDC, Force.com, Java, JavaScript, and XML.
• Strong experience with APEX APIs, APEX Triggers, and Salesforce configurations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Workflow.
• Programming experience with J2EE, HTML, XML, SQL, and Oracle.
