About the position
We are seeking a skilled Data Architect to design, develop, and document the overall information architecture for Alts. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and will be responsible for leading the definition of the canonical model, promoting consistency and data integrity across iHubs, ASE, and Vault. This position requires a strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and integration techniques, as well as proficiency in data management tools and technologies. The Data Architect will collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models, while also developing and maintaining data architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices. Additionally, the role involves overseeing data quality, governance, and security to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and document the overall information architecture for Alts.
- Lead the definition of the canonical model, promoting consistency and data integrity across iHubs, ASE and Vault.
- Ensure seamless integration of Alts into architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
- Develops and maintain data architecture standards, guidelines and best practices.
- Overseas data quality, governance, and security to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, database design, and integration techniques.
- Proficiency in data management tools and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Nice-to-haves
- Preferred experience with canonical data models and ensuring data consistency.
- PREFERRED SKILLS: SQL, ETL, Vault architecture, familiarity with financial data.
