About the position

The Technical Business Analyst for EAGLE Systems will play a crucial role in the financial services sector by collaborating with various teams to implement and manage EAGLE Systems. This position requires a deep understanding of EAGLE's suite of products and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring effective system configuration and data integration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, and development teams.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to EAGLE Systems.
• Translate business processes into technical solutions within the EAGLE platform.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of EAGLE Systems.
• Provide expert-level support on EAGLE's suite of products and related modules.
• Assist in the integration of third-party systems with EAGLE.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
• Strong focus on EAGLE Systems in the financial services or investment management industry.
• Extensive experience with EAGLE's core modules including Eagle PACE, Eagle STAR, Eagle Performance, and Eagle Data Management.
• Hands-on experience in system configuration, data integration, and reporting using EAGLE products.
• Expert-level support experience on EAGLE's suite of products.
