About the position

The Technical Business Analyst/Product Owner will manage a cloud-based draw game management portfolio, executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role involves overseeing product development from start to finish, engaging with clients and engineering teams, and ensuring that product features align with customer needs and business goals. The position requires a collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt to various responsibilities throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cloud-based draw game management portfolio.
• Execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for game management products.
• Oversee the development of products from start to finish, establishing business requirements and identifying new functionalities.
• Manage the grooming of the feature backlog and establish release scope.
• Develop and prioritize capabilities, features, and stories to maximize value aligned with product strategy.
• Lead customer engagements to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and workshops for customers.
• Collaborate with product engineering leaders to oversee all stages of product creation, including design and development.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or product management in a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations persuasively.
• Ability to influence without authority and work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira is a plus.
