About the position

The Technical Business Analyst/Product Owner will manage a cloud-based draw game management portfolio, executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This role involves collaborating with clients and engineering teams to drive product development and customer engagement, ensuring that products meet business goals and deliver desired outcomes. The position requires a strong focus on both product development and product adoption, with an emphasis on agile methodologies and customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cloud-based draw game management portfolio and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead customer engagements to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase product features.
• Take ownership of products in an agile team, elaborating capabilities into user stories and prioritizing them based on feedback and business value.
• Oversee all stages of product creation, including design and development, by liaising with product engineering leaders.
• Establish business requirements, identify new functionality and enhancements, and manage the grooming of the feature backlog.
• Develop and prioritize capabilities, features, and stories to ensure focus on maximum value aligned with product strategy.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or product management in a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations persuasively.
• Ability to influence without authority and work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Jira is a plus.
