About the position

The Technical Business Analyst role focuses on analyzing business needs and defining requirements for the Payment Acquiring Services and Settlement services functions. The position involves gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and supporting the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure that technical specifications align with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of business needs and gap analysis.
• Define business architecture for the future state of the system and represent them through business process flows and system process flows.
• Identify and gather business and technical/functional requirements for each phase of the SDLC.
• Schedule and facilitate Requirement Elicitation sessions with Internal/External resources and IT teams.
• Analyze and interpret Functional and Non-Functional requirements and impacts.
• Create and manage Business Requirement collateral relevant to each SDLC stage.
• Modify requirements through Amendments or Variances due to change in scope during SDLC.
• Support integration testing cycles to ensure technical specifications meet business requirements.
• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and present information comprehensively.

Requirements

• 6+ years of related IT experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of application development technologies, tools, methodologies, and the enterprise.
• Deep practical experience in business analysis with repeated practice in complex situations.
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Tableau, Confluence, Clarity, and MS Office tools.
• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with transaction processing and monetary settlement system technology projects.
• Experience with technical projects involving credit payment networks such as Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
• Knowledge of the merchant acquiring industry.
