About the position

Join AZAD as a Business Analyst to support the Power System Control (PSC) Technical Services organization of Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). This role involves research and analysis of historical data on PSC and SPC equipment, as well as designing processes and forms to track compliance with North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) requirements. This is a long-term consultant position based in Vancouver, Washington, with a hybrid work model requiring onsite presence 1-2 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis of historical data on PSC and SPC equipment.
• Design processes and forms to track NERC compliance requirements.
• Support the PSC Technical Services organization in various analytical tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems using advanced technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Cyber Security, Engineering, Organizational Development, or a closely related field.
• 5 years of experience in business analysis with an applicable bachelor's degree.
• 7 years of experience with an applicable associate degree.
• 9 years of experience without a degree or applicable degree.
• 5 years of work experience in Compliance, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity business analysis.
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of automated data systems.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
