About the position

The Technical Business Systems Analyst/Project Manager will work with the M365 Governance team to govern and implement features in an M365 government tenant. This role requires a well-rounded M365 professional with knowledge of M365 features and functions, particularly in tenant administration, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams. The candidate will also be responsible for project management tasks, including documenting requirements, creating project proposals, and leading projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Work with Customers, Enterprise Support, and Microsoft to govern and implement features in an M365 government tenant.
• Provide implementation advice and best practices for M365 features and functions.
• Participate in implementing select solutions related to M365 tenant administration.
• Elicit and document requirements for projects, creating necessary project documents such as proposals and schedules.
• Support the current M365 project manager by providing technical expertise and assisting in product adoption.
• Review the Microsoft roadmap for M365, identifying changes that need attention and addressing them with support teams and customers.
• Identify and document tenant settings affecting end user features in a central repository.
• Participate in the workflow to review settings and determine changes when features change or new features are introduced.

Requirements

• Broad knowledge of all features and functions in M365.
• Depth of knowledge in M365 tenant administration, particularly around SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Teams.
• Experience in project management and business analysis.
• Ability to elicit and document requirements effectively.
• Proficiency in creating project documents such as proposals and schedules.

Nice-to-haves

• PowerShell scripting knowledge.
• Experience in PowerApps development.
• Experience in PowerBI dashboard development.
