About the position

The Technical Consultant/Architect Senior Technical Analyst is responsible for technology adoption and providing technical consulting to customers, particularly in hybrid and process applications. This role aims to establish a foundation for excellence in process-related industries through activities such as Proof of Concept programming, system design reviews, and technical presentations. The consultant will also support customers in developing engineering standards and guidelines, ensuring effective communication and training on product features and applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Proof of Concept programming and process system design reviews.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and application notes.
• Support system startup and provide training to customer personnel on product features and benefits.
• Manage customer product expectations and gather system requirements through direct interaction.
• Participate in project kick-off and status meetings, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
• Write application notes that address technical solutions for specific application requirements.
• Collaborate with vendors to create product demonstrations that showcase features relevant to customer needs.
• Establish a reputation for excellence in applied automation technology and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in analysis, design, integration, testing, documentation, training, and deployment of complex data management systems.
• Strong knowledge of technical software concepts and ability to understand product functionality in business contexts.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to manage conflicting expectations of multiple client stakeholders on complex projects.
