Technical content is the backbone of our client's digital self-service experience and is essential for client retention and growth. Responsibilities

• Synthesize product information to create a variety of customer-facing information deliverables.
• Develop and test critical product content.
• Create modern, user-centric products for the mainframe.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients.
• Define a content plan based on user's needs using various sources.
• Use data and feedback insights to iteratively improve content quality.
• Own and deliver content independently while communicating with stakeholders.
• Write accurate, clear, and concise documentation for a global audience.
• Collaborate effectively across remote teams and time zones.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts and understand technical concepts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Ability to quickly acquire knowledge of a product, including the basics of its technologies.
• Developing and executing user-centric content strategies aligned with project goals.
• Ability to use XML or DITA tagging languages.
• Ability to quickly adapt and learn new skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency with relevant content development and publishing tools and processes.
• Ability to use visual tools such as Figma or video skills.
• Ability to use and contribute to shared source repositories such as GitHub.
• Ability to acquire and leverage IBM Design Thinking practices.
• Experience with Agile software development lifecycle.
