About the position

The Technical Content Writer will be responsible for creating and managing process documents for the Quality Management System (QMS) at Incubation Systems Private Limited. This role involves collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure that all documentation is clear, concise, and compliant with industry standards. The position requires strong technical writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly SharePoint, to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage process documents for the Quality Management System (QMS) using Microsoft Office products.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to write and edit business process documents, user guides, forms, templates, and checklists.
  • Analyze documents developed by external personnel and update them to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Ensure documents comply with industry, customer, and business policies, requirements, and procedures.
  • Analyze document creation and change requests with assistance from SMEs and approve or reject requests based on analysis results.
  • Manage and track tasks to completion to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain regular status updates for each assigned task to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and complete tasks independently with minimal direction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in English or related field with a focus in professional writing, technical writing, or English Language preferred, or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 6 years of related work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of prior related work experience in technical writing.
  • Excellence in professional/technical writing, editing, and researching process documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Visio and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail.
