About the position

The Technical Corporate Recruiter at Shamrock Trading Corporation is responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates for IT positions across all corporate brands. This role focuses on developing and executing a best-in-class employee relations strategy to attract top-level candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent through innovative sourcing strategies and effective relationship management with business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit qualified candidates for IT positions across all corporate brands.
  • Develop and execute a best-in-class employee relations strategy to attract and recruit top-level candidates.
  • Source and build a pipeline of candidates utilizing various sources including referrals, networking, and LinkedIn.
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies to proactively recruit passive candidates.
  • Maintain relationships with business partners to recruit and hire top candidates.
  • Maintain the accuracy of recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
  • Pre-screen candidates using available screening tools, including resume analysis and telephone screens.
  • Document all candidate correspondence in the ATS and communicate tactfully with all applicants not hired or deemed unqualified.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrate effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Negotiate salaries and present compensation and benefit packages to candidates during the offer process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years proven technical recruiting experience in an agency or fast-paced organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience sourcing, qualifying, and interviewing candidates.
  • Extensive knowledge in full-cycle recruitment and candidate negotiation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline.
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
  • High degree of business savvy and ability to use discretion.
