About the position

As a Technical Curriculum Developer, you will be responsible for creating and enhancing cloud engineering learning content for Datadog's customers. This role involves collaborating with engineering and product teams to develop high-quality training courses, workshops, and certifications, focusing on Azure and other cloud platforms. You will also be involved in transforming complex technical topics into engaging educational materials.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Azure-focused engineering and product teams to produce engaging training courses and content.
• Collaborate with senior team members to evaluate customer training requirements and create a roadmap for courses.
• Create high-quality courses for both self-paced online programs and instructor-led training.
• Develop supplemental courseware and documentation, including workshops and hands-on labs.
• Maintain and improve the technical systems and environments used in hands-on labs.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience as a technical curriculum developer, SRE, or devops professional.
• Hands-on experience in building learning content for SREs and devops professionals, particularly in Azure.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Puppet, Ansible, or service mesh is a plus.
• Interest in training operations, including design and efficiency of the Learning Center.
