About the position

The Technical Customer Service Representative role is a contract position focused on providing technical repair direction and support for proprietary products. The representative will assist customers post-sale, utilizing their automotive knowledge to address inquiries and concerns effectively. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and customer service skills, with a significant emphasis on communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical repair direction and support on all proprietary products.
  • Assist customers after the sale of a product via case file or telephone.
  • Utilize PC-based systems to provide part numbers for customers.
  • Answer customer questions and concerns using knowledge of vehicle operations and parts.

Requirements

  • 4 years of customer service experience required.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and TEAMS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic automotive and/or truck technical knowledge.

Nice-to-haves

  • Parts catalog/ordering experience preferred.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay of $27 - $30.
