About the position

The Technical Customer Success Manager at N-Drip is responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients, optimizing the use of the N-Drip Connect system, and managing a team of Connect Technicians. This role focuses on user retention, system monitoring, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Track alerts and monitor ongoing problems in the fields.
  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth experience with N-Drip Connect, including conducting training sessions and providing technical support.
  • Ensure the web and mobile decision support system is up-to-date and providing value to farmers.
  • Work with the agronomic team to gather data and optimize the system for relevant insights.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to maximize the value of N-Drip Connect and ensure continued usage of the product.
  • Directly manage and lead a small team of Connect Technicians.
  • Collaborate with different teams to prioritize project installation, system fixes, and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Business or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the tech industry.
  • 3+ years of experience working at SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record of project management with a data component.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and high-priority tasks with tight timelines.
  • Passionate about new technologies and their potential impact.
  • Ability to work autonomously with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with travel across the US to meet with clients.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Agronomy is preferred.
