About the position

The Technical Customer Support position at bObsweep involves providing assistance and troubleshooting for software, hardware, and network-related issues to end-users. The role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving technical problems and documenting support tickets. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy helping others with their electronic devices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users regarding software, hardware, and network-related issues
  • Document and track support tickets using ticketing system i.e. Zendesk.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of computers and willingness to learn about consumer robots
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operating systems (Windows, macOS)
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Familiarity with Jira, Remedy or Zendesk ticketing systems is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Prior experience in providing IT support is preferred
