About the position

The Technical Delivery Lead at Deloitte is responsible for maintaining and supporting existing legacy .NET applications, ensuring their stability, performance, and reliability. This role involves analyzing, debugging, and resolving issues in legacy codebases, as well as supporting application migrations and upgrades. The position is part of the Core Technology Operations (CTO) team, which provides differentiated operate services to help organizations optimize their business operations and drive transformation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support existing legacy .NET applications, ensuring their stability, performance, and reliability.
• Analyze, debug, and resolve issues in legacy codebases, providing efficient solutions to address technical challenges.
• Support legacy application migrations and upgrades, working closely with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of IT experience.
• Proven experience as a .NET Developer, focusing on legacy technologies such as NET Web Forms, Windows Forms, Silverlight, MVC, MVVM, Razor, Blazor, SSIS, Classic ASP, and WCF.
• Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks commonly used in legacy .NET development, including C#, VB.NET, and .NET Framework.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Solid knowledge of database concepts and experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server.

• Experience with modernization techniques such as code refactoring, application re-architecture, and cloud migration.
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products.
