About the position
The Technical Documentation Video Producer and Writer at Triumph Tech, LLC is responsible for creating video and written documentation to support churches using the Rock RMS platform. This role involves producing instructional videos, authoring content on Digital Ministry topics, and enhancing the community's experience through training opportunities. The position requires a blend of technical writing skills and video production expertise to effectively communicate complex subjects to a non-technical audience.
Responsibilities
- Learn the functionalities of Rock RMS and provide instruction to the Rock community.
- Build a comprehensive video library of short instructional videos.
- Collaborate with the Rock leadership team to create innovative videos on Digital Ministry topics.
- Utilize technical and creative writing skills to document features and processes with written works, screenshots, and video documentation.
- Identify and implement ways to improve community experience through additional instructional and training opportunities.
Requirements
- Expertise in video and photo editing software.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Knowledge of HTML.
- Experience engaging with an audience on camera.
- Positive attitude and passion for enhancing customer experience.
