About the position

The Garrett Group is seeking a Technical Editor/Information Manager for an upcoming contract to undertake critical responsibilities for a future contract at the Joint Center for Electromagnetic Readiness (JCER). In this role, you will primarily focus on conducting routine assessments of service deployment certification events and mandatory prerequisite training crucial for deployments in support of Combatant Commands (CCMDs). JCER conducts thorough evaluations of venues, events, and units while adhering to established standards such as the Universal Joint Tasks (UJTs) and the EMOE Characterization Framework. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage and edit technical documents to ensure clarity and compliance with military standards. You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather information, analyze data, and produce comprehensive reports that inform decision-making processes. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the integrity of documentation and ensuring that all materials meet the necessary guidelines and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine assessments of service deployment certification events.
