About The Position
The Technical Enablement Coach (Technical Agile Coach) at RGA is a hands-on engineering and delivery expert who partners with development teams to accelerate release cycles, optimize CI/CD pipelines, improve test automation, and implement DevOps practices. This role focuses on empowering teams with modern technical capabilities to enhance delivery speed, quality, and reliability. Operating within the Agile Center of Excellence (ACE), the Technical Enablement Coach plays a critical role in helping RGA scale its development practices while maintaining a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate combines technical depth with coaching expertise, enabling teams to implement best practices, leverage modern tooling, and adopt automation strategies to deliver high-quality products faster.
