About the position

The Technical Enablement Competency Assessor role at Chevron is a senior position focused on executing a competency assurance program for the Rockies Business Unit (RBU) field workforce. Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one technical competency assessments focused on knowledge and skills for the field-facing workforce.
• Assign and support training to enhance workforce development.
• Provide coaching to close identified opportunities.
• Manage administrative tasks for assessments.
• Support ongoing program development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Senior level leadership experience.
