About the position

The Technical Engineering Recruiter at Enser Corporation is responsible for sourcing, screening, and delivering exceptional engineering candidates. This role involves collaborating with decision-makers to evaluate recruiting needs and qualifying requirements to meet customer goals. The recruiter will manage both candidate recruitment and client negotiations, ensuring a smooth hiring process for various engineering positions.

Responsibilities

  • Expertly source, screen, and deliver candidates to customers for review.
  • Maintain current knowledge of emerging sourcing trends and best recruitment practices.
  • Develop a strong, qualified candidate pool in CRM-Dynamics ATS for current and future openings.
  • Consistently meet submittal, interview, and new start metrics.
  • Enter new resumes and ongoing notes into CRM-Dynamics ATS.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and specifications of open job requisitions.
  • Follow up with customer managers to get feedback on candidates, coordinate interviews, and negotiate bill rates/salaries.
  • Recruit on Internet/social media sites such as LinkedIn and network with candidates to obtain referrals.
  • Collect, process, and maintain applicant data in CRM-Dynamics ATS.
  • Provide a pleasant candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Experience with Dynamics ATS or similar recruiting software is a plus.
  • 2-4 years of recent technical recruiting experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of social media/Internet recruitment, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field desired.
