About the position

The Technical Financial Systems Lead at BlackLine is responsible for leading Salesforce projects, particularly focusing on the Contract Lifecycle Management platform (Conga CLM). This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality performance and effective problem-solving in a dynamic environment. The position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects and contribute to the technology roadmap of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce CPQ and Conga CLM.
• Customize and administer SFDC and Conga CLM applications.
• Create and update technical design documents and system documentation.
• Identify root causes of defects and develop fixes in the system.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to scope work and produce estimates.
• Provide pre- and post-implementation technical support.
• Prioritize tasks to ensure timely and high-quality work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting complex solutions on the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems.
• Proficiency in Apex code, Custom Objects, Workflow Rules, and VisualForce Pages.
• Programming experience in APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration architectures such as SOAP, RESTful, and ETL.
• Deep understanding of Conga Composer and Conga CLM processes.
• Experience in software testing and building test plans.
