About The Position

The Technical Implementation Analyst plays a crucial role in the project implementation team at TouchNet, focusing on both new and existing customers who are adopting TouchNet products. This position involves representing the technical aspects of TouchNet, ensuring successful implementation through effective collaboration with various stakeholders, including project managers and customer support. The role requires a proactive approach to learning new technologies and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience implementing proprietary software.
• Ability to configure single sign-on (SSO) within various systems.
• Familiarity with student information systems (SIS) such as Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft, WorkDay, and Anthology.
• Self-starter attitude and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Gathering, evaluating, and organizing client deliverables to prepare information for future configuration.
• Conducting system installations and upgrades.
• Communicating with clients' technical staff to configure integration with their student information system (SIS).
• Performing system configuration and testing.
• Modifying HTML, CSS, or JSP pages to accommodate customer requests.
• Managing time effectively to ensure scheduled deadlines are met.
• Interfacing with Customer Care and other relevant departments to achieve client and departmental objectives.
• Maintaining and updating departmental templates and tools when new releases occur or business practices change.
