About the position

The Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TiPM) at AWS Infrastructure Services is responsible for overseeing the design, planning, delivery, and operation of AWS global infrastructure. This role involves collaborating with a diverse team to ensure the highest standards of safety and security while optimizing supply chain operations. The TiPM will lead initiatives to improve operational excellence and customer satisfaction, utilizing data-driven decision-making to navigate complex challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, lead and continuously improve the Supply and Operational Execution (S&OE) meetings with the service teams.
• Understand the technical requirements of partners and work closely with internal development teams to guide supply chain activities.
• Develop new analytical models for supply chain solutions.
• Execute strategic business objectives while collaborating with key internal stakeholders to enhance the supply chain.
• Prepare and present detailed data-driven business reviews to senior management, focusing on improving forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in program or project management managing multiple competing cross-functional projects/programs simultaneously
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, math, supply chain or other related quantitative discipline.

Nice-to-haves

• Excellent written composition and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, and Tableau
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)
