About the position

The Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) role at AWS Infrastructure Services focuses on the design, planning, delivery, and operation of AWS global infrastructure. The position involves collaborating with diverse teams to enhance supply chain activities, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering innovative solutions to meet customer needs. The TIPM will lead supply and operational execution meetings, develop analytical models, and prepare data-driven business reviews for senior management, all while fostering an inclusive culture that values diverse experiences.

Responsibilities

• Set up, lead and continuously improve the Supply and Operational Execution (S&OE) meetings with the service teams.
• Understand the technical requirements of partners and work closely with internal development teams to guide supply chain activities.
• Develop new analytical models for supply chain solutions.
• Execute strategic business objectives while collaborating with key internal stakeholders to enhance the supply chain.
• Prepare and present detailed data-driven business reviews to senior management, focusing on improving forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (i.e., network, data center, hardware, software).
• Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds.

Nice-to-haves

• Excellent written composition and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
• Ability to anticipate, identify, and drive resolution of technical challenges and inter-dependencies.
