About the position

The Technical Infrastructure Program Manager III for Supply Chain Operations at AWS is responsible for overseeing the delivery of datacenter infrastructure to support new region launches. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure that the supply chain meets security and risk management commitments while balancing customer needs and regulatory requirements. The position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to engage with senior leaders and manage complex technical programs across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Driving consensus for acceptable levels for risks and best practices across the supply chain and influencing where no formal reporting structures exist
• Developing technical solutions to ensure datacenter infrastructure is delivered on-time, in-full to support new region launches
• Proactively working with other organizations to anticipate gaps between teams, processes, and system architectures to help AWS produce the best possible results for our customers
• Articulating in writing key issues and strategic initiatives for senior leadership
• Acting as a thought and business leader in the field of cybersecurity, supply chain risk management, and supply chain operations

Requirements

• Experience managing technical programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience in technical product or program management
• Experience in Supply Chain Risk Management
• Knowledge of datacenter infrastructure
• Current US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Experience in physical or supply chain security
• Experience in cybersecurity
• Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
