About the position

The Technical Inside Sales Project Manager will play a crucial role in strengthening the North American Engineering and Sales organization at SIBA LLC. This position requires a sales-oriented individual with technical expertise in Sage Software and project management, who will collaborate with OEMs, distribution networks, and sales representatives to provide essential pre- and post-sales technical information. The role is pivotal in managing sales personnel, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer needs are met with appropriate technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with OEMs, distribution network, and outside sales representatives to provide pre- and post-sales technical information.
  • Manage assigned sales personnel to achieve sales goals and volume.
  • Contribute to the development of annual sales strategy and action plans.
  • Conduct product, customer, and market research.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze customers' needs and propose technical solutions.
  • Simplify complex technical issues and relate them to the commercial value of the product.
  • Support the Field Sales force with technical and commercial assistance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Project Management.
  • Experience in power electronics and power systems is helpful.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with changing deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple platforms.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in the Electrical Power industry with an understanding of circuit protection requirements.
