The Technical Inside Sales Representative (TISR) at Southeast Industrial Supply Company (SISCO) serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service and support. This role involves collaborating with internal departments to address inquiries, process orders, and provide technical information, all while maintaining strong relationships with assigned customer accounts. Responsibilities

  • Act as the face of SISCO, maintaining strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.
  • Use Bray's computer systems to handle customer inquiries and process sales orders efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer requests for technical details, order updates, expedited orders, and issue resolutions.
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Receive thorough training on Bray's products, systems, and processes to effectively support customers and contribute to team success.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of successful inside sales or customer service experience in an industrial environment, preferably in valves or related products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems for order processing and customer inquiries.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the industrial supply industry.
