About the position

The position involves leading and mentoring an offshore team while ensuring that technical solutions align with business requirements. The role encompasses project management, API design and development, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and mentor an offshore team.
• Review and analyze technical solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and guide standard processes in software development, testing, and deployment.
• Project Management, API design and development experience, collaborate with all Stakeholders and Offshore Leads.

Requirements

• Experience in managing applications with backend framework like Node.js or Java.
• Experience in PostgreSQL or similar SQL database.
• Experience with RESTful API design and development and react or any front-end technologies.
• Experience with containerization using docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Understanding of version control tools like Git or GitLab.
• Ability to work in Agile teams and participate in Scrum or Kanban processes.
• Familiarity with deployment strategies, such as blue/green deployments.
