The Technical Lead/Sr. Developer role focuses on providing technical leadership and development expertise in Unix, COBOL, and SQL. Responsibilities

• Analyze identified policy issues and determine the necessary code changes.
• Develop and apply patches to the policies using COBOL and Unix scripts.
• Write and execute SQL queries to update and correct policy data.
• Collaborate with the SME to ensure changes are accurate and meet business requirements.
• Document the changes made and provide regular progress updates to the team.

Requirements

• Proficient in Unix shell scripting.
• Advanced knowledge of COBOL programming.
• Strong SQL database management and query skills.
• Experience in applying patches and software remediation.
