About the position

The Technical Manager is responsible for designing and managing the delivery of products and projects within a defined scope and standards, focusing on a specific technology. This role involves managing customer expectations, leading a technical team, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer delivery and expectations while overseeing the technical team.
• Design and develop solutions for product and project delivery.
• Gather specifications and deliver solutions based on domain or technology understanding.
• Guide and mentor a team of developers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure knowledge upgradation and work with new technologies to maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and delivery in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of product development and project management methodologies.
• Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Ability to gather and analyze specifications for client solutions.
• Familiarity with current technologies and standards in the industry.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with PDM/PLM tools, specifically TeamCenter.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
